Our current trailer is more than 35 years old, and replacing it is currently our #1 priority. While our goal is to provide a fully equipped and functional trailer for the Rocket Band, the actual cost of the trailer, materials, equipment and customization may vary. Donations designated to the General Trailer Fund may be used where they are needed most within the trailer replacement project. This may include the trailer purchase, shelving, racks, carts, ramps, lighting, electrical work, interior outfitting, exterior wrap and branding, transportation, installation, or other necessary trailer-related expenses. This flexibility allows us to make the best use of every dollar raised and respond to actual vendor pricing and project needs as we move through the replacement process. Behind every performance is a tremendous amount of preparation, dedication and teamwork from our students. Our Rocket Band students spend countless hours rehearsing, preparing equipment, traveling to performances and competitions, and representing Judson High School and our community. Having reliable equipment transportation is an important part of that process. A dependable, properly outfitted band trailer allows our students and staff to transport the instruments, percussion equipment, props, uniforms, supplies and other essential equipment needed to rehearse and compete.
