Donations are vital to the success of our programs. ONW concert large groups routinely receive "1" ratings, Raven Pride Marching Band consistently places in top five at state competition, Raven Jazz I has taken 1st place at the first two Kansas Jazz Championships.

Donations keep the amount of fees and expenses passed on to students low and provide scholarships to students who need additional financial support to fully participate in band.

Donations provide all the things an active band program requires including food (so much food for 500 teenagers), uniform maintenance/cleaning, clinician support, honor band audition fees, and so much more.

Donations help fill the gap created by the band's growing enrollment and shrinking budget. Between 2014 and 2024, ONW band enrollment increased 62% while school funding decreased 35%.

Donations allow our students to compete at the highest level. ONW consistently sends record numbers of students to the Sousa, district, and state honor bands.

Donations offset the increasing costs for all band activities when budget funds are decreasing.
