We are just TWO short weeks away from our biggest event of the season, Panther Creek Invitational - Marching Band, Competition! We're going to be communicating a LOT of information over the next couple weeks, so please read carefully and ask questions if you've got them!

ALL Hands PCI Meeting 🤩

Can you feel the buzz?? That's the excitement brewing around our upcoming PCI - Panther Creek Invitational, one of two Panther Creek Marching Band's Event Fundraisers! 🩵🤍🖤

You have heard a lot of us tell you to be involved...like you have heard it a LOT. But what IS it? And what does it entail?

Everyone...and we mean EVERYONE...is asked to attend our All Hands Meeting on Wednesday, September 23rd at 6 p.m. in the Auditorium! At this meeting, you will have an opportunity to learn all there is about PCI! Some people have jumped in and signed up for shifts (we see you and we thank you!), but some are waiting to learn more about what those shifts entail. Well now is your chance!

Your PCI Committee has spent the last couple months planning the event. The Committee Leads have been remarkable in their leadership and organization and they will be on-hand to explain what is needed in their Volunteer shifts. We will have a full presentation, Q & A and breakout sessions.

Family Drink Donations ✅

PCI depends on the band family to not only volunteer their time that day but also donate drinks that we sell at Concessions. We are asking that each band member either donate Gatorade OR donate $15 and the Concessions team will purchase on your behalf. 

• Gatorade Specifications: Two- 8-Packs of Gatorade (12oz or 20oz); No specialty Gatorade please (eg G2)

Please bring your donations to the All Hands PCI Meeting on Wednesday, Sep. 23 between 5:30 – 6:30 pm. We will have drop off near the mods/band drop off circle. We will have several volunteers available to take your drink donations.
