✅Parent Volunteer Registration

As a friendly reminder, anyone who wishes to volunteer with our marching band must be registered and approved through Wake County Public Schools. This requirement applies to all volunteers—no exceptions.

To comply with Wake County’s policy, please:

1. Complete your volunteer registration (or renewal, if needed).

◦      Volunteer Information

◦      Renewal Link

2. Once approved, kindly submit a screenshot of your approval to us for our records at president@panthercreekband.org.

*If you have already renewed your registration, log into the MyVolunteer Volunteer Renewal site and screenshot your approved status in your profile*

Wake County may periodically review our volunteer lists, so it’s important we maintain accurate records of all approved volunteers.

Thank you so much for taking the time to complete this step—it ensures that our program runs smoothly and that we remain in compliance with district guidelines.
