Parent Helpers Needed for Thursday’s Road March!
Our marching band is taking practice to the streets this Thursday, August 27 and we need a few extra hands to keep the kids safe, hydrated, and moving smoothly. Road marching takes a village, and our student performers cannot do it safely without our parent community!
How You Can Help:
- Traffic Control: Station at key intersections to block traffic and maintain a safe perimeter around the band.
- Wagon Pullers: Transport extra water, medical supplies, and gear along the route.
- Hydration Crew: Hand out water bottles and make sure every student stays hydrated during practice.
Whether you have helped before or this is your first time, your support makes a massive difference in keeping our students safe on the road.

Attention Italy Trip participants

Friday Night Football is Here — We Need Your Help!
Friday night football games are right around the corner, and our band students are working hard to put on an incredible show! To make every game night a success and ensure everything runs smoothly, we rely on the support of our amazing band families.
How you can help:
- Water Donations: Bottled water for student hydration.
- Volunteers: Uniform help, moving equipment, distributing water, and student supervision.
Whether you can assist for one game or the entire season, your time and generosity make a huge difference for our kids.
Chaperones Needed for Final September Parades!
Our summer marching season is heading into the home stretch, and we are looking for parent chaperones for our final two September parades. Please help us finish the Pulaski Marching Band season strong and keep our students safe and hydrated. Sign-ups are now hosted on SignUp.com for quick and easy registration.
Remaining Parade Schedule:
- Mon, Sept 7 (Suring, WI): Arrive at PHS @ 7:00 AM
- Sat, Sept 19 (Seymour, WI): Arrive at PHS @ 8:00 AM
