As we head into the final stretch before PCI, here is an all‑in‑one reminder of everything we need from ALL band families next week...

PCI ALL‑HANDS MEETING 🙌

Wednesday, Sept. 23 at 6 PM (Auditorium) Every parent is asked to attend.

DRINK DONATIONS ✅

Each band member should donate either:

• Two 8‑packs of Gatorade (12oz or 20oz, no specialty flavors)

OR

• $15 via Zeffy so Concessions can purchase drinks.

Bring donations to the All‑Hands Meeting on the 23rd.

BAKE SALE & CANDYGRAM DONATIONS

Baked Goods 🧁

• Drop off: Sept. 23 (meeting), or Sept. 25 (setup), or by 9 AM on Sept. 26.

Candygrams 🍬

• Drop off Sept. 23 (meeting), or Sept. 25 (setup).
