IMPORTANT VENUE CHANGE: Pie & Ice Cream Social + Concert

Due to construction at PHS, we are moving this year's event! We will now be hosting the Pie and Ice Cream Social at Saputo Stadium. Because the concert is moving to the Saputo field, the performance is officially renamed Sounds of Saputo.

Event Details

• Date: Thursday, June 25, 2026
• New Location: Saputo Stadium (on the field)
• Schedule:
• 6:00 PM: Pie and Ice Cream Social
• 7:00 PM: "Sounds of Saputo" Concert

Weather & Rain Plan

If inclement weather prevents us from being outside, the event will move indoors to the Pulaski Community Middle School (PCMS) Commons and Gym.

Please Note: A final decision and communication will be sent out the day of the event if we need to move indoors to PCMS.

We Still Need Your Help!

We are still looking for food donations and volunteers to help make this event a success.

Where to Go: All food donations should be dropped off, and all volunteers should check in, at the Saputo Stadium Concession Stand.

• Donations needed: Pies, ice cream, and other food items.
• Volunteer shifts available: Setup, cutting/serving pies, and scooping ice cream.
