We are excited to share important information regarding our upcoming Marching Band trip to Florida! 🎉

Trip Information

• Trip Dates: October 23–27 (arriving at Panther Creek on October 28)
• Disney Parade Performance: October 26 at 1:30 p.m.
• Tarpon Springs Competition: October 24, performing in the afternoon/evening block (exact times TBD).
• Hotel: Staybridge Suites Orlando: 5876 W Irlo Bronson HWY, Kissimmee, FL 34746

Please note that all times and schedules are subject to change based on weather, traffic, performance schedules, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any significant changes or updates as they become available.

Tarpon Springs Competition

Our exact competition/performance time in Tarpon Springs has not yet been finalized. We are scheduled for the afternoon/evening block. Once the Tarpon Springs organizer provides the official performance time, Mr. Weiss will share the information with everyone. This information is typically released closer to the trip.

Disney Activities

The itinerary includes our current plans for Disney activities and the parade. As we get closer to the trip, we will communicate any additional details or necessary schedule updates.

Friday Departure

Additional information regarding the Friday departure will be shared by Mr. Weiss later in the season. Because we will have a football game and our Senior Activities celebration prior to departure, the departure schedule will be finalized closer to the trip.

Snacks for the Trip

Closer to the trip, we will open snack donation sign-ups so families can contribute items for student brown bags. These sign-ups will be published approximately one to two weeks before the trip.

We ask that you share this information with your students and review the attached itinerary carefully. Please also continue to watch for future communications as we finalize the remaining details. We are looking forward to an exciting trip and to seeing our Marching Band proudly represent our school in Florida!
