Hello Families, 

As we begin planning the Marching Band trip to Tarpon Springs and Walt Disney World, we'd like to gauge interest from our band families and gather information to help us prepare for the trip. The band is scheduled to perform in Tarpon Springs on Saturday, October 24, and will participate in the Disney Parade on Monday, October 26.

The trip is expected to begin on the evening of Friday, October 23, with overnight travel to Florida. We anticipate departing Florida on Tuesday evening, October 27th for the return trip home. Detailed itineraries, departure times, and other schedule information are still being finalized and will be shared as they become available.

Completing this interest form does not commit you to participating. The information you provide will help us estimate attendance, travel package needs, and potential chaperone interest. We will contact interested families with additional details and next steps as trip planning progresses.
